Jon and Chris make loans to house flippers and investors looking to BRRRR their way into long-term rentals. They also fund Airbnb makeovers and some pretty creative projects too. 

Jon has worked in real estate his whole life -- it's a multigenerational thing in his family -- so he's got some perspectives on things. And as a lender, he's got a particularly unique perspective in what's going on in not only Louisville's current market, but also Cincinnati and Indianapolis. Pick his brain! Ask him questions.
