Hello and welcome to KREIA’s Brand New Indiana Sub-Group. I have been a member of KREIA for a number of years and saw a special need just for Indiana Investors.

Every second Wednesday of each month, we get together and have a luncheon meeting at Tucker’s Restaurant at I-265 and State St. in New Albany. Anywhere from 15 to 25 investors attend to learn and share updates in our market and government involving our real estate market in southern Indiana.

There is  no charge for the meeting and you get pay for your own lunch from Tucker’s menu. (great food too!). And yes, Kentuckians are welcome as well.

If you have any investment property in Indiana or just wanted to get the “inside scoop” on how Indiana works in real estate, this is where you can get it all. Everything from property taxes, water companies and liens, evictions, insurance, and Indiana Landlord Tenant Laws can be had at our monthly meetings.

Each meeting is usually topic focused with an expert doing a short training presentation on the topic. There’s also plenty of question and answer sessions immediately following your meeting.
