This month's guest speaker is Dennis Erhard.

Dennis is an investor with a wide range of skills in his toolbox. He's a contractor who's owned his own roofing company. He's a many-doored landlord who loves to do creative finance deals. He self-manages his properties and spends a lot of time on the front end, placing tenants who stay in his houses a long time. He likes to say he's all about the ROI.

Dennis is a KREIA Past President, and he currently serves on KREIA's board as Sponsor Chair. He's also a recipient of KREIA's Ed Melton Award.

Last but not least, Dennis is a mentor. He cofounded Investor Squad with a couple of other investors, and he teaches others how to build rental portfolios that'll launch them toward financial freedom.
