Meet Mike Grinnan
Mike Grinnan has been an accountant for more than 42 years and a CPA for about 40. Mike said he has always been interested in real estate investing, “but my passion is, obviously, accounting. So I’m really fortunate to work with a lot of real estate investors."
While his profession gives him a first-hand look into how people make a living flipping or renting out houses, Mike’s first personal venture into real estate came in his 40s when, as a partner in his CPA firm, he participated in the ground-up construction of a five-story commercial office building. The building became the firm’s new headquarters.
Check out Mike’s website for tax resources he has collected of relevance to investors.
Meet Erik Hitzelberger
Erik is a systems-driven rehabber, landlord, student of economics, and an entrepreneur with a background in engineering. He's also a KREIA Past President.
You've seen Erik headlining many past KREIA main meetings and workshops, sharing his perspective on building wealth through rental property. You've probably also seen him hosting L.O.T.S. events, walking us through the rehab and the math.
At this meeting, Erik will tell us what he expects from the overarching economic environment and also in our local real estate market. Is now the right time to invest in buy-and-hold rental property? What does Erik expect to happen with interest rates and inflation? Find out at the main meeting!
EARLY MEETING: Team members from Investor Squad, our Platinum Sponsor, are going to talk about how you can still build rental property portfolios that replace income from your day job, allowing you to reach financial freedom.
