Instead of doing the time-consuming, often frustrating work of finding their own off-market deals, many active flippers and landlords prefer to source their deals through wholesalers. These are people who find the deals, do the negotiations, and neatly lock up houses into contracts that they assign to investors like you.
How much smoother it is to have a wholesaler bring you the deals. Even if you do have to pay thousands of dollars in wholesale assignment fees – if there’s plenty of meat left on the bone, it’s well worth it.
Good wholesalers are very popular people! As an investor, you probably want to know how best to build relationships with them and become the people they call first once they’ve locked up a deal.
That’s what our March main meeting is all about! You’ll find out the rules and best practices of working with wholesalers from our three panelists: Jenny Fields, Jessica Yu and Jenna Laemmle.
You’ll learn about:
- What to expect when working with wholesalers
- What you need to do to perform
- How passage of Kentucky’s House Bill 62 (the “Wholesaling Bill”) changes things, and what the new rules are
- How to build good relationships with wholesalers (and not tick them off!)
Please be through the buffet line and in your seat by 7 p.m. on main meeting night. Have your questions ready.
Early Meeting: The focus is on "March Insurance Madness" as Greg Nalley from Nelson Insurance addresses the room. Do you have the right dwelling coverage? Do you know what co-insurance is? If you don't know when you enter the room, you will by the time you leave! And have your insurance questions answered too.
