Soak up more investing knowledge while enjoying a good meal at an area restaurant. Lunch & Learn host Duna Bolotte advises that you arrive by 11:30 a.m. so that you have plenty of time to get settled before the presentation starts.

This month's guest speaker is Erik Hitzelberger. In the last 20 years he's covered the gamut of real estate as a flipper, a Realtor, a landlord, a property manager, and an entrepreneur. In his company Freedom Property Group, he rehabs and manages turnkey rentals for passive investors, and also manages rentals for other investors. He's also offering lead inspections and pre-inspections for housing providers worried about new legislation. Erik has also been a longtime KREIA board member, as well as a two-term Past President of KREIA.

Erik's topic at this Lunch & Learn  is "How to Invest in 2025," and he said that he's planning to discuss:

"2025 is a pivotal year. It’s been decades since we’ve seen anything like this. Volatility and risk are high. Many investors will lose money this year. Yet, there will be lots of opportunity for those who can recognize it."
