We asked him for some info on the house, and he said:

"The home was listed on the market. It's across the street from a duplex we currently own and a block from a 5-unit we own. The property had full attic not counted in square footage. We're framing it out, plumbing and adding HVAC, and we've added 2 beds, 2 baths and an additional living space. We've added nearly 800 square feet to the home."
