Meet Dennis Erhard
Dennis is a landlord, contractor, Investor Squad co-founder, and KREIA Past President. He's a buy-and-hold landlord guy who's known for being "all about the ROI." With decades of investing experience, Dennis has seen it all and has acquired a toolbelt of landlording techniques. And with Investor Squad, Dennis has mentored countless investors, helping them navigate their investing strategies with precision and confidence.
Meet Alisha Higgs
Since joining KREIA in 2019, Alisha has built a $2 million rental portfolio while maintaining a 9-5 job. She is a Lead Senior Accountant for a global corporation here in Louisville, in addition to self-managing her own properties. Alisha is a co-founder of Investor Squad, and she is passionate about building wealth through real estate and helping others feel capable and confident about their investing journey.
Meet Derek Bottoms
Derek got interested in real estate as a teen-ager, and decades later he's gone full-throttle into investing, specializing in wholesaling and creative finance structures. Derek likes off-market single-family homes, distressed properties that need a lot of work. He says he'll look at any investment "if the numbers work." And he knows how the numbers work!
