Join us in the California neighborhood in Louisville's West End as we check out a property rehabbed by Amy and Richard Connor, along with their children Lochlan and Lillian. The family will show us the work they've done, display "before" photos, and share their numbers: how much they paid to acquire the house, how much they have spent to fix it up, and how they hope to profit.
For some background on the project, Amy says the house was a 3-bedroom, 1-bath turnkey, purchased on market. The family has converted it to a 5-bedroom, 1-bath house and is projecting a 14% cash-on-cash return by renting it under Section 8.
