Early Meeting Speaker: New KREIA sponsor Hunt Rounsavall of Rounsavall Title Group will speak on the topic of lien law at 5:30 in the small meeting room. "That presentation covers the three types of liens that people typically run into: mechanic’s liens, judgment liens and tax liens," he writes. "We will talk about lien creation (the legal requirements that need to be contained within those instruments to make the lien valid), lien satisfaction, and lien avoidance."
