We asked Cornelius for advance info on his flip, if he ran into any surprises, and his background with KREIA, and he said:
"Basically, I got this property on a wholesale deal. The funding was provided by Chris McCarty with FlippinLoans.com. Not really any surprises, just me underestimating the plumbing cost, lol.
"I became a member of KREIA in 2021 but don’t think I did my first deal until 2022. I’m still just a part-time investor. I'm a full-time employee at Ford Motor Company. This would be my fourth flip. We also have one rental."
Parking Recommendation: Cornelius said KREIA members can park on the side and also the front of the house.
