"I found the property from a wholesaler, and I used a hard money loan through FlippinLoan for the purchase price and fix-up cost. A few surprises happened, with needing a new furnace, and then just going over budget with this being my first flip. It was a good learning experience.

"The house is completely done and is on the market for sale. Everything has been redone in this property, from paint and flooring to cabinets and tile."

Any parking recommendations?

"Just park along the street."
