Meet Sharon
Sharon Vornholt began investing in 1998 and was originally a Kentuckiana rehabber and a buy-and-hold landlord. However, when the market crashed in 2008, she became an "accidental wholesaler."
She started blogging (Louisville Gal's Real Estate Blog), became a featured guest on the BiggerPockets Podcast, and launched her own podcast — Let's Talk Real Estate Investing. Sharon loves helping real estate investors build a profitable business by specializing in off-market deals. She is also passionate about empowering and educating women who are interested in real estate investing.
Sharon is best known for her expertise in probate investing as well as a marketing and branding expert for real estate investors. She has helped hundreds of people refine their brand and create customized marketing plans that work no matter what their investing strategy is.
Sharon also coaches other investors and has created her signature course, Probate Investing Simplified.
