We found the property by researching vacant lots, ran comparables, and checked days on market for other properties in close proximity. Hard money from SurePoint Equity is funding the project. By the time of L.O.T.S., we'll be framed up with the roof on. Mechanicals may be partially roughed in.

Will there be water? What about the facilities?

There will be a Port-a-pot on site. Wear old shoes. There will be gravel down. Hopefully it won't be raining.

Do you have any parking recommendations?

There will be plenty of on-street parking.
