“Where do I start — and who can I learn from without feeling overwhelmed?”
Starting out in real estate investing can feel confusing and intimidating. New investors are often surrounded by unfamiliar terminology, many possible paths forward, and more experienced voices — making it hard to know where to begin.
In response, the KREIA Membership Committee has developed the New Investor Focus Group — an initiative created specifically to support members who are early in their real estate investing journey.
The New Investor Focus Group is designed to:
- Provide foundational education in a practical, discussion-based format
- Create a safe, welcoming space to ask “early-stage” questions
- Connect newer investors with peers at a similar stage
- Introduce members to KREIA’s culture, resources, and ethical standards
This group is intended to help members build clarity, confidence, and momentum as they take their next steps in real estate investing.
