REGISTRATION IS FULL! Congratulations to the lucky 45! If registration was already closed when you tried to register, we commiserate, and will work to quickly get you the video replays after the retreat is over.
Spend a couple of days learning from real estate pros. KREIA has planned another weekend retreat for investors and, as we did in 2020, we're holding it at the Cottages of Taylorsville Lake. We're calling it KREIATREAT.
It's not free: We're asking $20 from you to hold your spot. But this is the biggest bargain around. Not only are we going to fill your brain with tons of real estate education, we're also going to feed you. (And maybe even put you up for the night for a nominal amount... more about that below.)
At KREIATREAT you will learn about flipping houses, using creative finance strategies, finding deals, wholesaling properties, becoming an Airbnb host, using the probate strategy, getting into commercial real estate, doing 1031 exchanges -- and of course a whole lot about being a landlord in Kentuckiana.
Important Note: Please bring your own chair. The facilities do not have enough seating for everyone.
Friday, February 25th
Mike Butler kicks things off Friday evening. From 6 p.m. to 7:15 he'll be talking in the Poolhouse about the buy-and-hold strategy -- being a landlord. And Mike knows his stuff. He's a longtime, many-doored landlord; a property manager; a KREIA Past President; and the author of the best-selling book "Landlording on Autopilot."
Stick around after Mike's presentation! From 7:30 p.m .until 9 p.m. there will be networking and Happy Hour.
Saturday, February 26th
This full day of real estate activity begins with coffee and donuts at check-in, which runs from 8:45 a.m. until 9:15. There will be plenty of opportunities for early birds to network too.
At 9:15 the educational seminars begin. We're on a two-track system, with classes spread between a couple of venues, the poolhouse and the "class cabin." Please consult the chart below to choose the classes you want to attend most. We will be recording video, so you can catch up with all the classes later when we post the replays.
