Soak up more investing knowledge while enjoying a good meal at an area restaurant. Lunch & Learn host Duna Bolotte advises that you arrive by 11:30 a.m. so that you have plenty of time to get settled before the presentation starts.
This month's guest speaker is George Foree. George is a longtime investor, longtime wholesaler, and he's been active on KREIA's board for many years.
George says he's going to talk about what he's doing in real estate now.
But he's also asking for an open forum with participation from everyone in the room: He wants you to tell us:
- What you're doing in real estate now
- How you're finding houses now
- How you are estimating their values
George says KREIA is about networking, "where we come together and share information in the single-family business," and that's what he wants the focus of his Lunch & Learn to embody.
