The topic for this Lunch & Learn will be Kentucky's House Bill 10, aka "The Squatter Law," which enables law enforcement the ability to act more swiftly in removing squatters from the legal owner's property.
Frank & Tommi have recent, first-hand experience in evicting squatters under this new law, and they will share their experiences and answer questions.
Frank and Tommi Miller run Believe Investment Group, a local real estate mentoring company. They have been investing for around 20 years -- they buy and hold, they flip, wholesale, and run short-term rentals here and in Florida. Frank is a KREIA Past President and a long-time board member.
Michelle Rawn is the principal attorney in the Rawn Law Firm, and she is known for handling evictions for local landlords.
