This month's guest is Katie Crotzer. Katie rehabbed her first property in 1991 and since then has done pretty much everything there is to do in real estate. As we found out in KREIA's January main meeting, where Katie was a featured speaker, she's now rehabbing a town! Her focus currently is on new construction, resort development, zoning changes, historical restoration, and land use. She also does consulting, helping other investors refine their strategies. Katie has a lot to teach — and will answer your questions — so we hope to see you in the room!
