Dennis has been an absolute pillar in the Kentuckiana Real Estate Investor Association providing his experience at all times in effort to always benefit our arena. Dennis has evaluated more pieces of real estate than most anyone you'll meet. He's also coached tons of new real estate investors professionally for years.
Jay Long, also a KREIA past president. Jay is an expert in directed IRA and other similar approaches. He also manages a large-scale portfolio made of a whole lot of paid-for real estate that he's created himself. He’ll tell you that KREIA has been instrumental in helping him grow over the years. Jay is a longtime real-deal player in our arena.
Greg Shell, an Army Ranger, is one of the most humble individuals you'll ever meet. Greg manages a large-scale portfolio. Greg’s portfolio is also made up of many many paid-for pieces of property. How he got there will be worth you time to show up. Greg has also made a ton of private loans out of his own pocket over the years. Greg holds a ton of knowledge.
