Travis Curtis is hosting in the Clifton neighborhood, between Frankfort Avenue and Brownsboro Road, in an 1880's Italianate house he's turning into an Airbnb. It's huge! At 4,500 square feet, it has 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. It also has a wet bar and a theater room in the basement. And it's a full rehab!

We asked Travis if he's run into any surprises....

"Tons of surprises!" he said. "Mostly just the length of time and amount of decisions on this big of a house!"

Travis said he's using federal and state historic tax credits to help offset the cost of the rehab. He has reused all the trim, doors, and windows, and he has rebuilt many things to historic preservation guidelines. Join us on Tuesday and check it out!
